What are the duties and responsibilities of BANK PO?

Probationary Officer Jobs are offered by the banking sector. In addition, he may have to visit any site for loan sanction and recovery also.

It is a very challenging responsibility of every bank as they have to efficiently deal with several queries and at times with exceptional requests made by the customers. This requires lot of liveliness, tolerance and patience to talk to the prospective customers. PO may be assigned sales targets such as retail loans, account opening, etc.
  1. Miscellaneous works
Besides accomplishing the customary, fundamental and essential responsibilities with graceful authority, there are numerous other functions such as follow up with customers, preparing reports, MIS related to regional office and other related branches for the selected Probationary Officers.
