IBPS Aspirant of 2019-20 its time to Wipe The Slate Clean And Start Afresh!!!!

The uphill task of cracking a highly competitive exam like IBPS PO exam has brought laurels to handful but frustration to many. The results of last year IBPS PO exam are out and the verdict is loud and clear. It was a dream for millions aspirants but only handful could succeed through this toilsome competition which was nothing less than a battle. The successful aspirant secured their seat as a Probationary Officer in a reputed Public Sector Bank. The same cycle of recruitment drive is conducted every year to select deserving candidates for various posts. There were few candidates who got through the written online test but were rejected in interview round. 

The numbers of unsuccessful candidates are strikingly high and they must be deeply hurt with the results. Despite all genuine and toilsome efforts, they are now in doldrums and are going through phases of pessimism.  The negativity of thoughts and feeling of being rejected have been looming around them.  

Let me tell you friends, the real success lies in your honest efforts that you put to achieve something momentous in life and not in the final scoreboard of this exam. In your depressed phases of life, you might find people who will discourage you or make fun of your skills but be clear that everybody fails in his life and they will too. So, don’t pay heed to their negative words or thoughts but try to rise and fight out your depression with sheer optimism and mental courage. It will be difficult for you to explain the intensity of hard work you have done to achieve this goal.

The examination pressure and feel of insecurity has too played a big villain in your failure. The cynics will never understand the genuineness of your efforts but will always discourage you. The only person who understands you the most is YOU. So, believe in yourself and in your efforts!

In this world, every person is battling for something that other people don’t know. You are too fighting a battle now which will lead you to your dream destination of success. It’s only you and your aspirations which will motivate you to fight again and again till you succeed. The only thing that matters is the spirit in which you will move forward to finally find a place of your choice and dream. For all the candidates who have failed to succeed, it’s you and only you who can make this happen and bring about the change in your life. It’s time to discard everything that decelerates your way to success and learn to strategize your preparations with desired smart work. It’s time to confront all the hardships you are facing at this moment.

Let me remind you friends, there were people before you who failed in their first attempts but finally succeed through their sheer will power, perseverance and efforts and so can you. All these people had been in similar situation as you are now but had the fighting spirit to overcome their negativity. It’s their resilience of standing against adversity which made them realized about their real strength. You success in IBPS PO exam is not any success but is a pathway to a secured and reliable banking career. The imagination of enjoying the best of luxuries with most secured Government posts will be biggest motivating factor for you to fight back again. You are not just fighting back for your glory but are fighting for your bright future which lies in cracking this competitive exam. So, Wipe the slate clean and start over…  

To conclude, let us all realize that we all had been failure sometime in our life but only few among us had the courage to battle out against all adversity. It’s time to set an example to others and silences our critics with a bang. The ultimate success is 20% hard work and 80% strategy and together we call this a smart work.
