How to prepare for an Interview session for IBPS PO exam?


In banking competitive exams like IBPS PO exam, interview sessions have proved to be one of the most decisive parts of the selection process. In the interview sessions, the candidates can expect conventional questions but sometime there can be big revelation, as it is difficult to realize the approach and perception of the interviewers. To deliver good impression, it is significant to be eloquent, communicative and impulsive in answering as your answers are supposed to be reasonable, short and communicative. You can mention your experience in any private corporate sector, School Science project, Boot Camping Trip, Class Monitor role, College Festivals, NGO volunteering or Social Events etc.

The interviewer will be now be interested in about “What” and “Why” of your educational background. They will show interest in subjects related to your Graduation/Post Graduation degree. For last few years, engineering graduates have applied for bank exams in large numbers and so if you are one among them then you can expect questions from your trade and subjects. The other major questions can be related to major developments in banking world in India and World. The major headlines that made strong impact in banking and financial world can also be asked.
